Vet scoops Dechra prize
01 August 2016
A Staffordshire veterinary surgeon has won vouchers worth £500 for responding to a customer survey from Dechra Veterinary Products.
Charlie Forman, who works at Shires Vets in Ecceshall Road, Walton, near Stone, won the prize for completing the 15-question online survey detailing his experience of Dechra and its products in his day-to-day practice.
The results of the questionnaire will be used to inform Dechra’s development of its product range and service support in the future. The survey was open to all members of the Dechra Academy – a free e-learning resource that supports Dechra’s key therapy areas.
Scott Shearer, National Sales Manager, said: “This was the second year we have run the survey and it is a very useful way for us to gather information on our product range, resources and the experience we offer our customers.
“We are committed to providing the highest level of support and service to our customers and the responses to the survey will guide how we develop our product range and support going forward.”
